My approach is relaxed, natural, and a little more editorial — portraits that feel like a real person in a real place, with just enough direction to make the whole session feel easy.
Sessions are photographed on location in Austin using a mix of natural light and professional off-camera lighting for that clean, high-key, magazine look. Come as you are; leave with images that say something about who you are.

11 years of working with light and shadow.
I got into photography in 2015 with an old Yashica Electro 35 and a roll of Fuji Superia 200. I found that roll a year later at the bottom of the junk drawer, took it to the lab, and that was it—I was hooked. As a matter of fact, one of those first frames was recently published in Kai Wong’s book, Old School Photography. Beginner’s luck I guess.
Since then I’ve been intentional about documenting daily life, seeking out unique moments, and taking the odd portrait.
Though I am usually Nashville based, circumstances have converged to bring me to ATX for the summer. To stay sharp I’ve decided to do senior portraits while I’m here. Relaxed and editorial, just like my other shoots.

Good to know. Sessions are photographed outdoors or on location — studio rental is not included. Any location fees, permits, or parking costs are the client’s responsibility.
Editing includes color correction, tonal work, cropping, and natural retouching. Extensive retouching, object removal, body reshaping, or advanced edits may be quoted separately.

How far ahead should I book?
Sooner than later — this is a limited summer run and dates are booked first-come. Reach out and we’ll lock in a time that works.
Can I bring a sibling or family?
Yes. A family or sibling add-on during the same session is $75. Just let me know ahead of time so we plan the time for it.
How quickly will I get my photos?
You’ll receive your curated gallery within one week. Need them sooner? Rush delivery is available for $100.
